JIB is a Film and Photography collective based in the London and South Wales.

JIB is the creative project of Lucas James. Lucas is a filmmaking graduate from UWE Bristol. From a young age, Lucas had a passion for telling stories, and as he grew up, he chose film as his medium. Over the past few years, Lucas has carried out various department roles being; Cinematographer, Gaffer, Colourist and more.

In his final year at university Lucas directed his graduate film, The Boy & The Balloon. The film is currently doing a successful festival run before being released online. Lucas also works freelance in camera and lighting departments on short films. Most recently BFI short Services, currently in post-production.

JIB is looking to expand and have its most successful year to date.
